FAQ's
How do I get to the event?
This naturally depends on the venue, please click on the event to find out which club will be hosting it. Where possible we will also supply relevant websites to help plan your journey.
How do I get home after the event?
We suggest you take one of the licensed cabs, which will be waiting outside the venue at the end of the night or have a parent or guardian to pick you up. However if you are travelling with public transport, our branded staff will be present to direct you in the right direction.
Can I get tickets on the door?
UTR events typically sell out in advance. In the event there are still places available on the day of the event, a limited amount of premium priced tickets will be available for purchase on the door. These go on sale once the venue opens. We recommend that you purchase your tickets in advance, please visit our tickets section to purchase your tickets.
Will there be first aid rep on site?
First aid medics will be present throughout the night.
Will I be able to buy alcohol if I am over 18 years old?
Alcohol is only sold at selected events. At these events you will require a government issued ID (driving license or passport) in order to enter the over 18s area. Once in this section you will not be able to leave with alcohol. Keep in mind that bags and coats will be checked on the door. Any alcohol found will be confiscated.
What kind of music with there be?
Each event has a different line-up, so click on the event itself to find out who's playing and when.
Under the Radar events are held in 18+ clubs, what are the rules if I'm under 18?
The venues we choose are fully aware and prepared with the appropriate precautions to host our under 18 nights.

All under the radar events are operate in full cooperation with the council and metropolitan police.

At select events there is an over 18s section of the club that will serve alcohol, however persons under the age of 18 will not be allowed into this area and therefore will not be able to buy or drink alcohol. Also 18+ partygoers will not be able to exit this area with alcohol.
What age do I have to be to attend an Under The Radar event?
You must be at least 15 years old. If you think you may look under 15 please bring a form of identification.
Are tickets refundable?
All Under The Radar tickets are non refundable. Tickets will only be refunded if our event is cancelled or postponed. Make sure you're free for our next event, buy a ticket, and get ready for an amazing night out. You won't change your mind.
